CCA members are making and selling CCA Bracelets for $20 each. For sale are the "Cancer Awareness Bracelet" and the "Breast Cancer Bracelet" w/ sterling silver and cats eye beads and sterling ribbon or pink ribbon charms. Available by contacting a CCA member or calling 410-638-0301.

Admission is $5. Children 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult.

Ring In The Holiday Season At The Chesapaeke Cancer Alliance Festival Of Trees Fundraiser

Bel Air, Maryland - The Chesapeake Cancer Alliance (CCA) invites the public to view the "CCA Festival of Trees" at the Bel Air Armory, which will take place over the Thanksgiving weekend. Christmas Trees designed and decorated by local interior designers and businesses will be on display for sale by Silent Auction bids.

The Festival will include an array of vendors of unique holiday items. Also available for sale are wreaths, ginger bread houses decorated by local bakeries, and homemade bake goods donated by CCA members. There will be something for everyone at this annual holiday event, including children's craft activities (nominal fee). On both Saturday and Sunday, Mrs. Claus will do story time. Sandwiches will be available for sale from Fritzie's Deli and Catering.

The Chesapeake Cancer Alliance will hold a Festival of Trees Preview Party on Friday night, November 28, at the Bel Air Armory. The menu will include beer, wine, an array of hors-d'oeuvres and a dessert bar presented by Deer Creek Catering (Chef Marleen Baumgardner). Do not miss this wonderful event to benefit the "Cancer LifeNet" program at Upper Chesapeake Health. For reservations, call 410-838-9005.

The Chesapeake Cancer Alliance is a volunteer, not for profit fundraising organization dedicated to improving the education, treatment, research and support network available to Harford County residents diagnosed with cancer. With close to 200 volunteers, CCA raises funds through projects, events, corporate and business partnerships, community donations and annual giving programs. Bike4BreastCancer
Presents Check

Adele Snowman and Bob Buchanan present a check from Bike4BreastCancer to Kitty Pickett, Debbie Heath and Jeanne Stratmeyer of the Chesapeake Cancer Alliance and Robin Luxon, UCH Vice President for Clinical Services. The annual Bike4BreastCancer event held in September donates their funds to the CCA for Cancer LifeNet Breast Cancer support services.
